Jean Brown Research is recruiting participants for an upcoming clinical trial for bunion surgery. This research trial is to study aninvestigational pain medication given after Bunion Surgery.
A bunion is an enlargement of the bone or tissue around the joint where the big toe goes into the foot (metatarsaophalangeal joint). As a result the big toe may turn in toward the second toe causing the surrounding tissues to be swollen and tender.
Basic qualifications for this study include volunteers male or female, at least 18 years of age who have a bunion that will be removed. Candidates who are chosen to participate will receive no cost surgery, study related exams and medication, as well as compensation for time and travel to the study.
